Group Classes
Yoga and Fusion Balance classes for groups of up to 10 people or mini-groups of 3–4 people.

Yoga Nidra
Deep relaxation, renewal and enhancement of consciousness. A guided practice that helps you unwind and reconnect with your inner peace.
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is an ancient Indian methodology of deep meditative nature that helps to relax the body, soul and mind. The practitioner enters a state of sleep but with alertness and awareness, facilitating access to their subconscious. An hour-long session is equivalent to four hours of normal sleep.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is a safe and effective practice for pregnant women, which helps with pain relief, improving breathing and strengthening and preparing the body for childbirth. With exercises adapted to the needs of pregnancy, this practice supports both physical and emotional well-being.
After birth, Postnatal Yoga helps with body restoration, stress reduction and creating a unique connection with the baby. It is an ideal choice for new mothers who want to rejuvenate their body and mind, while at the same time relaxing and enjoying quality time with their child.
