I am Zoe Grammatikou and sports have always been an integral part of my life. From a very young age I explored various forms of movement and fitness, starting with ballet, swimming, rhythmic, instrumental and modern dance. Then I tried free weights, kickboxing, CrossFit and weightlifting, constantly discovering new ways to strengthen both my body and my mind.
Although my studies in the field of Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Larissa led to me maintaining a business specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of boiler rooms, my love for movement and wellness made me delve deeper into the world of Yoga and Pilates. My personal waist sensitivity also played an important role in this, which prompted me to seek solutions through these practices. I started doing Yoga and Pilates to relieve my pain and through this process I discovered the importance of balance not only in physical strength, but also in mental peace.
Through my practice, I want to share this experience with those seeking a more aligned, strong and conscious body. For me, exercise is not just an activity, but a way of life that helps us evolve daily, on and off the Yoga mat.
I have completed:
- 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course at Studio One of Thessaloniki
- 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course at Anahata Yoga Studio of Thessaloniki
- 90hr Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training by Gaia Laskou at Ayama Yoga House of Athens
- 500hr Pilates Mat & Equipment at Studio One of Thessaloniki

My personal story
15 years ago, my back betrayed me. Three herniated discs left me bedridden. The pain was unbearable. I felt like I would never get over it, that I would never be as functional as I was before.
In an attempt to get back on my feet, I started Yoga and Pilates, and slowly my body transformed. Space was created, my spine decompressed, the pain began to subside. I know that the process is difficult and painful. It takes time, patience and will. There were times when the pain was unbearable, but I didn't give up. My personal journey led me to deepen my knowledge and help others discover the power of these practices.
My lesson
You don't need to have any previous experience. You don't need to do anything special. All you need to do is bring yourself, however you feel.
Do you want to smile? To be angry? Do you want to not speak? To cry?
No problem!
Come to class as you are. Wear what makes you feel comfortable, come with any mood you have and let the process guide you.
Give your body and soul a chance to experience a different approach to the practices of Yoga and Pilates. My goal is to ease you.
Thank you for being here.
Kind regards,
– Zoi
